What does leadership coaching with me look like?
There’s no one “right” way to be a good leader, and I’m definitely not here to tell you exactly what you should do.
Instead, I’ll give you the space to step away from all the noise, work out what’s really going on and think properly about how you want to handle it.
I’ll listen, ask questions, reflect back what I’m noticing and challenge your thinking when it’s useful. But coaching with me isn’t just about talking. I have plenty of practical tools, frameworks and exercises we can use to help you look at things differently and work out what to do next.
One session might involve preparing for a difficult conversation. Another could be about someone at work who’s really pushing your buttons, a decision you keep putting off, your confidence, your leadership style or understanding your emotional intelligence and the impact you have on other people.
